Our Resposibilities

Our administrative team oversees:

Community Management – Ensuring all amenities and common areas are well-maintained.


Resident Support
– Assisting members with inquiries, registrations, and concerns.


Event Coordination – Managing community events, clubhouse reservations, and facility rentals.


Financial & HOA Services – Handling dues, budgeting, and association policies.


Public Safety & Compliance – Working to keep our neighborhood safe and in accordance with community guidelines.

The Role of the BML Board of Directors

The Blue Mountain Lake Club Board of Directors is entrusted with the responsibility of governing the Association with integrity, transparency, and dedication. As fiduciaries, Board members act solely in the best interest of the community, ensuring all decisions align with BMLC’s governing documents and legal obligations.


Their key responsibilities include enforcing community rules, approving budgets, overseeing capital improvements, maintaining association property, and guiding the management team. The Board also plays a vital role in appointing committee members and entering contracts on behalf of the community.


While the Board advocates for the community’s overall well-being, it is important to note that it does not represent individual homeowners in matters unrelated to the Association, such as private utility or service provider issues.


Through careful leadership and a commitment to excellence, the BML Board of Directors helps maintain a safe, beautiful, and thriving community for all residents.

Robert Koch, our Facilities Maintenance Manager, ensures that our amenities and common areas remain safe, clean, and beautiful. Together, they are committed to creating a welcoming environment where every resident feels valued and at home.
