Event Coordination – Managing community events, clubhouse reservations, and facility rentals.
Financial & HOA Services – Handling dues, budgeting, and association policies.
Public Safety & Compliance – Working to keep our neighborhood safe and in accordance with community guidelines.
Their key responsibilities include enforcing community rules, approving budgets, overseeing capital improvements, maintaining association property, and guiding the management team. The Board also plays a vital role in appointing committee members and entering contracts on behalf of the community.
While the Board advocates for the community’s overall well-being, it is important to note that it does not represent individual homeowners in matters unrelated to the Association, such as private utility or service provider issues.

Yvonne Summers, as Assistant Community Manager, is always ready to support residents with kindness and care. Robert Koch, our Facilities Maintenance Manager, ensures that our amenities and common areas remain safe, clean, and beautiful. Together, they are committed to creating a welcoming environment where every resident feels valued and at home.
